[ Log On ]

To register a new Australian company you must complete a Form 201 (Application for registration of an Australian company) and lodge it with ASIC (Australian Securities & Investment Commission). Our company registration system provides you with an online version of Form 201 which you can lodge electronically, directly to ASIC. The process will take approximately 20 minutes.

This is how it all works

1. Complete our online company registration application
Specify the name of the company, details of individuals and organisations associated with the company. Our system will guide you through the steps in completing the application and correct any errors you may make. The form is straight forward and does not require special skills to complete.
2. Pay service fee and submit application for lodgement
Once the application is completed, you will be required to pay a $426 ASIC fee for company registration and a $49 application lodgement fee before the application can be lodged with ASIC. Our secure payment gateway accepts Visa or MasterCard. Upon successful payment, your application will be lodged with ASIC electronically.
3. Registration confirmation
Once the application has been approved by ASIC, a Certificate of company registration and ACN (Australian Company Number) will be issued. You will be able to download the certificate along with other documents generated by our system such as Company constitution, Consents of Officers & Members, Opening minutes of directors, Share certificates and share registers.

Your new company will be officially registered then and ready to trade.
